I'm getting really tired of this layout, and there are two people who are supposed to be making me a layout. It's been a while since I heard from either one of them, so I'm going to make a temporary one, just because I think that this layout has been on the site for far too long.

Guides will come along with the update. I'm already planning on making 7 guides in style and 5-7 in makeup, and I have a lot of icons to add, so expect a relatively large update with the temporary layout!

One more thing...As some of you might or might now know, I have an opening for spotlight. If you look to the left of the page and scroll down, you will see the rules for spotlight. If you want to be there, be sure to email demistyledotnet@gmail.com. Once I get three or more candidates (6 is the maximum) I'll have a runoff. The site's visitors will vote for two weeks to a month, and the two people with the most vote wsill be able to be in the final part of the competion. Again, visitors will vote for two weeks to a month, and the winner gets to be in the spotlight!

I realize that this website is not very organized. I guess that's what happens when you adopt a site with empty content. At some point, the site will receive a renovation, and when that happens, there will be a lot of interactive things for you to do. In the meantime, I made three style guides and three makeup guides,as well as ten icons, and Monika made three style guides.

I have come up with so many new ideas for this site, it's ridiculous. In fact, there's so many that I'm going to need opinions on them. Just make a comment on this update about which ideas you like and which ideas you don't like.

Before I do that, I will state that I know that it has been a long time that this layout has been up. Someone made me a header, which looks nice, except for the fact that it has orange, and I hate orange. But, it looks pretty good. I just need someone to code it. So, I'm kind of stuck. I love all of Demi's style choices, and her hair and makeup is always perfect, and that makes deciding on which looks to use for guides difficult. How am I supposed to know if you'll like them as much as I do if you don't tell me? I have a solution. If you look to your left, you'll see a little box that says "Donate/Request". In here, you can send myself and my fellow staff members here at Demi-Style.Net the looks you would like to see us recreate for you guys. It doesn't take too long, you just send us your name, email and a link to the picture of the look. This would be a great help to us, and it lets us know what you guys want to see, which is the whole reason this site is even here. Anyways, long ramble over, REQUEST REQUEST REQUEST! I know it's been a little while since guides have been posted. What with switching the site to Wordpress and then back to Cutenews, there was a time when we couldn't really update. Anyway, Monika recently emailed me a lot of style guides, and I will add those as soon as possible, and maybe some hair and makeup guides as well.

I'm not going to give you the whole story, but right now I've been going through a lot of personal issues, and to top it off, I just started high school. Scary stuff. Right now, I'm trying to think about where my life is going and what I'm going to do about it. So yeah.

I can and will make some more guides, just be patient. Thank gosh we have Trina, Sarah, and Monika.

This website has been getting a fair amount of staff applications, nothing ridiculous. We do, however, have yet another staff member, and her name is Monika. You can find her on TAYLOR TRENDS (I work there also), DRESS LIKE VANESSA, DRESS LIKE ASHLEY, and DRESS LIKE KRISTIN. Three of the four sites are .org's, haha.

Right now, this website is soon going to be in the process of being converted to something called Wordpress. I'm not going to lecture you about the difference b/w what we have now and Wordpress, but I will say that Wordpress will make organizing the site so much easier for us. The easier it is to organize the site, the more likely we are to make guides. :grin:
